Bid Time & Date: October 19, 2007

Work is based upon the Bid Package #1 - Demolition & HazMat Abatement documents including Project Manual and Drawings dated September 14, 2007 as prepared by GBD Architects Inc.; Old Spaghetti Factory (OSF) Construction Plans dated May 15, 1976; OSF Photos and Floor Plans; OSF sawcut detail for SOG; Site Layout Plan; and the Request for Proposals relating thereto.

Bid documents may be examined at local plan centers, viewed on-line at http://www.bxwa.com/bxwa_toc/generals/hoffman.html (Be sure to "Register as a Bidder" at the website to receive notification of new documents) or obtained with a $100.00 refundable deposit from Willamette Print & Blueprint, 503-223-5011. Deposits will be refunded providing bid documents and all addendums are returned in good condition to the printer within 30 days of the bid opening.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit has been scheduled for 11:00am, October 4, 2007 at the Hollywood Sunset + Gordon jobsite, located at 5929 W. Sunset Blvd, Hollywood, CA 90028. All bidders are encouraged to attend in order to acquaint themselves with the local conditions under which the work is to be performed and to correlate personal observations with the requirements of the contract documents.
