Bid Time & Date: November 15, 2007

Work is based upon the Bid Package #3 - Below Grade Concrete & Waterproofing documents including Permit Set Project Manual and Drawings (Volumes I and II) dated October 15, 2007 as prepared by GBD Architects; and the Request for Proposals relating thereto.

Bid documents may be examined at local plan centers, viewed on-line at http://www.bxwa.com/bxwa_toc/generals/hoffman.html (Be sure to "Register as a Bidder" at the website to receive notification of new documents) or obtained from Hoffman Construction Company..

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit has been scheduled for 9:00am, Novermber 2, 2007 at the First and Main jobsite. Atendees shall meet at 210 SW Main St. Portland, OR 97204. All bidders are encouraged to attend in order to acquaint themselves with the local conditions under which the work is to be performed and to correlate personal observations with the requirements of the contract documents.
