Work is based upon the Bid Package #1 - MEP and Facade documents including 100% Design Development Project Manual and Drawings dated November 2, 2007 as prepared by GBD Architects Inc.; and the Request for Proposals relating thereto.

A non-mandatory but strongly encouraged pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 10:00am, February 27, 2008.Attendees shal meet at Hoffman Construction Company, Oregon Conference Room, 805 SW Broadway, Suite 2100, Portland, OR 97205.
