Project Information

Sealed proposals will be received by the North Clackamas School District #12 Purchasing Department from experienced General Contractors for additions and renovations at Linwood Elementary School in Milwaukie, Oregon. Proposals are to be submitted to Su Jeremiah in Purchasing Department, 6566 SE Lake Rd., Suite F, Milwaukie, Oregon no later than 2:00pm Pacific Time, Thursday, April 17, 2008. Proposals received after the specified time iwll not be considered.

Contract documents may be examined at the District's Purchasing Department by contacting Su Jeremiah, Purchasing Specialist 2, at (503) 353-6036, jeremiah@nclack.k12.or.us, or in person at 6566 SE Lake Rd, Suite F, Milwaukie, Oregon 97222. Plans and specification documents may be purchased from Willamette Print & Blueprint Co., Phone (503) 223-5011, the cost of which is non-refundable.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference and walkthrough will be begin at 3:00pm Pacific Time, Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at Linwood Elementary School, located at 11909 SE linwood Ave, Milwaukie, OR 97222. A walkthrough of Linwood Elementary School will follow the conference. All attendees are required to check in at the school office. Proposals for this project will be considered from only those contractors promptly attending this conference. All others will be returned unopened.
