Oregon Trail #2 ES Site Development
Sealed proposals will be received by the North Clackamas School District #12 Purchasing Department from experienced General Contractors for Oregon Trail #2 Elementary Schol Site Development Project in Clackamas, Oregon. Proposals are to be submitted to Su Jeremiah in Purchasing Department, 6566 SE Lake Rd., Suite F, Milwaukie, Oregon no later than 2:00pm Pacific Time, Tuesday, April 15, 2008. Proposals received after the specified time iwll not be considered.
Contract documents may be examined at the District's Purchasing Department by contacting Su Jeremiah, Purchasing Specialist 2, at (503) 353-6036, jeremiah@nclack.k12.or.us, or in person at 6566 SE Lake Rd, Suite F, Milwaukie, Oregon 97222. Plans and specification documents may be purchased from Willamette Print & Blueprint Co., Phone (503) 223-5011, the cost of which is non-refundable.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference and walkthrough will be begin at 10:00 AM Pacific Time, Thursday, April 3, 2008 at the District Facilities Operations, located at 12451 SE Fuller Road, Milwaukie, OR, 97222. Proposals for this project will be considered from only those contractors promptly attending this mandatory conference. All others will be returned unopened.
