Project Information

Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, School District #12, 6566 SE Lake Rd., Suite F, Milwaukie, Oregon 97222 until 2:00pm Pacific Time, Tuesday, April 29, 2008, for materials / services as described in the specifications on file in the Purchasing Department. Susan L. Jeremiah, Purchasing Specialist 2, is the designated District Official for receipt of bids. All interested persons are entitled to attend the bid opening to be held at, 6566 SE Lake Rd., Suite F, Milwaukie, Oregon 97222 at 2:00pm Pacific Time, Tuesday, April 29, 2008.

Contract documents may be examined at the Purchasing Department, North Clackamas School District No. 12, 6566 SE Lake Rd, Ste. F, Milwaukie, OR 97222, Phone (503) 353-6036, and at the office of the architect - Architects Barrantine Bates Lee located at 200 N. State ST., Lake Oswego, OR 97034. Questions pertaining to the project should be directed to the Architect, Phone: (503) 635-4424. Plans and specification documents may be purchased from Willamette Print & Blueprint Co., Phone (503) 223-5011, the cost of which is non-refundable.

A non-mandatory pre-bid walk through will be held at 3:00 PM Pacific Time, Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at the Sabin Skill Center, PACE Center, located at 14211 SE Johnson Road, Milwaukie, OR, 97267. It is recommended that all contractors and subcontractors interested in bidding be in attendance. Please check in at the main office.
