Work is based upon the Bid Package #A - All Work documents including Project Manual and Drawings as prepared by Design West Architects and the Request for Proposals relating thereto. Bid Package #A includes all work described in Bid Package #2 - Mechanical / Electrical and Bid Package #3 Architectural / Structural / Interiors.

Bid documents may be examined at local plan centers, viewed on-line at http://www.bxwa.com/bxwa_toc/generals/hoffman.html (Be sure to "Register as a Bidder" at the website to receive notification of new documents) or obtained with a $150.00 refundable deposit from Willamette Print & Blueprint, 3461 NW Yeon Ave., Portland, OR 97210, 503/223-5011. Deposits will be refunded providing bid documents and all addendums are returned in good condition to Willamette Print & Blueprint, 3461 NW Yeon Ave., Portland, OR 97210, 503/223-5011 within 30 days of the bid opening.

A non-mandatory but strongly encouraged pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for 10:00am, February 27, 2008.Attendees shal meet at Hoffman Construction Company, Oregon Conference Room, 805 SW Broadway, Suite 2100, Portland, OR 97205.
