Sealed bids will be received at the Purchasing Department, 6566 SE Lake Rd., Suite F, Milwaukie, Oregon until 2:00pm Pacific Time, Wednesday, April 30, 2008 for materials/services as described in the specifications on file in the Purchasing Department. All interested persons are entitles to attend the Bid Opening to be held at the North Clackamas School District Purchasing Department, 6566 SE Lake Rd., Suite F, Milwaukie, Oregon at 2:00pm Pacific Time, Wednesday, April 30, 2008..

Plans and specification documents may be purchased from Willamette Print & Blueprint Co., Phone (503) 223-5011, the cost of which is non-refundable.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference and walkthrough will be held beginning at 1:00pm Pacific Time, Monday, April 21, 2008 at the Oak Grove Elementary School (503-3535520) located at 2150 SE Torbank Rd.,, Milwaukie, OR 97222.. All attendees are requested to check in at the school office. Bids for this project will be considered from only those contractors promptly attending this conference. All others will be returned unopened.
