Bid Time & Date: April 29, 2008

Work is based upon the Bid Package #1 - Demolition, Excavation and Utilities documents including Permit Set Project Manual and Drawings dated April 11, 2008 as prepared by Henneberry Eddy Architects Inc.; Report of GeoTechnical Engineering Services dated June 18, 2007; Addendum 1 Supplemental GeoTechnical Design Recommendations dated October 25, 2007 as prepared by GeoDesign Inc.; and the Request for Proposals relating thereto.

Bid documents may be examined at local plan centers, viewed on-line at http://www.bxwa.com/bxwa_toc/generals/hoffman.html (Be sure to "Register as a Bidder" at the website to receive notification of new documents) or obtained with a $150.00 refundable deposit from Willamette Print & Blueprint, 3461 NW Yeon Ave., Portland, OR 97210, 503/223-5011. Deposits will be refunded providing bid documents and all addendums are returned in good condition to the preinter within 30 days of the bid opening.

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit has been scheduled for 2:00pm, April 22, 2008 at the Willamette University Ford Hall jobsite. All bidders are encouraged to attend in order to acquaint themselves with the local conditions under which the work is o be performed and to correlate personal observations with the requirements of the contract documents..
