Project Information

Sealed bids will be received at the Purchasing Department, School District No. 12, 6566 SE Lake Rd., Suite F, Milwaukie, Oregon until 2:00pm Pacific Time, Tuesday, May 20, 2008 for materials/services as described in the specifications on file in the Purchasing Department. Susan L. Jeremiah, Purchasing Specialist 2, is the designated District official for receipt of bids. All interested persons are entitled to attend the Bid Opening to be held at the North Clackamas School District Purchasing Department, 6566 SE Lake Rd., Suite F, Milwaukie, Oregon at 2:00pm Pacific Time, Wednesday, April 30, 2008.

Specification documents may be purchased from Willamette Print & Blueprint Co., Phone (503) 223-5011, the cost of which is non-refundable. Contract documents may be examined at the District's Purchasing Department by contacting Su Jeremiah, Purchasing Specialist 2, at (503) 353-6036, jeremiah@nclack.k12.or.us, or in person at 6566 SE Lake Rd, Suite F, Milwaukie, Oregon 97222, Phone: 503-353-6036; and at the office of the Architect - Architects Barrentine Bates Lee AIA, 200 N. State St., Lake Oswego, OR 97034. Questions pertaining to the project should be directed to the Architect, Phone 503-635-4425.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthrough will be held at 2:45pm Pacific Time, Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at Clackamas Elementary School, 15301 SE 92nd Ave, Clackamas, OR 97015. The conference will convene in Library. The meeting will then be adjourned and reconvene at Sunnyside Elementary School, 13401 SE 134th Ave, Clackamas, OR 97015. A tour of this building will then be conducted. Meet in the front lobby. An attendance list will be taken at each School site. Bids for this project will be considered from only those contractors attending both conferences. All others will be returned unopened.
