Bid Date & Time: May 22, 2008 at 2:00 pm

A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit has been scheduled for 1:30pm, May 8, 2008 at the College of Idaho - Simplot Hall Renovation jobsite located at 2112 Cleveland Boulevard, Caldwell, Idaho. Attendees shall meet at the front door of Simplot Hall. All bidders are encouraged to attend in order to acquaint themselves with the local conditions under which the work is to be performed and to correlate personal observations with the requirements of the contract documents.

Work is based upon the Bid Package: #4 - Re-Roofing Work documents including Project Manual and Drawings as prepared by Design West Architects and the Request for Proposals relating thereto. Bid documents may be examined at local plan centers, viewed on-line at http://www.bxwa.com/bxwa_toc/generals/hoffman.html (Be sure to "Register as a Bidder" at the website to receive notification of new documents) or obtained with a $50.00 refundable deposit from Willamette Print & Blueprint, Telephone 503/223-5011. Deposits will be refunded providing bid documents and all addendums are returned in good condition to Willamette Print & Blueprint within 30 days of the bid opening.
