BID INSTRUCTIONS
PORTLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT DEICING SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT PORTLAND, OREGON
BID PACKAGE NUMBER FOUR - COMPLETE PROJECT EXCEPT FOR TANKS, HDD, SURVEY &SURCHARGE

1. BID PACKAGE:
J. E. Dunn Northwest, Inc. ("JED") has been selected as the CM/GC for "PORTLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT DEICING SYSTEM ENHANCEMENT" Project and invites you to submit a Sub-bid proposal and/or Vendor/Supplier proposal in your area of expertise. 2. PRE-BID MEETING & SITE VISIT: The will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting at OAME Cascade Plaza, 4134 North Vancouver Avenue, Portland, Or. 97217, on July 30, 2009, from 9 AM to 11 AM.

3. BIDDING INFORMATION:
Bids must be delivered or faxed to arrive at J. E. Dunn's Offices, 437 N. Columbia Blvd., Portland, Oregon 97217, Telephone: (503)-978-0800, Fax: (503)-978-1031, no later than 2:00 PM (PDT), August 13, 2009.. Bids received after the bid deadline will not be considered. Bids must be complete and clearly labeled: "PORTLAND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - BID PACKAGE NUMBER FOUR. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Owner's Representative, if required, and evaluated. There will not be a public opening of bids.

4. BID DOCUMENTS:
