The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Bids from qualified ELECTRICAL Contractors (Bidder) interested in the provision of Construction Services for the Group 3B Facility Improvements at Cedar Mill Elementary and Raleigh Park Elementary schools. This is a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C. Bidders shall submit their Bid pursuant to the provisions of this Solicitation to Karl Granlund Jr, Purchasing Manager, or designee, at 16550 SW Merlo Road, Beaverton Oregon 97006, prior to the Closing: SOLICITATION CLOSING April 13, 2010 at 2:00 PM (LATE BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED) Timely submitted Bids will be opened in public and read aloud at the address above. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring that the District receives its Bid.
