The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Bids from qualified Contractors (Bidder)
interested in the provision of Construction Services for the Group 3B Facility Improvements at Errol Hassell Elementary /
Greenway Elementary / Nancy Ryles Elementary school.
This is a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.
Bidders shall submit their Bid pursuant to the provisions of this Solicitation to Karl Granlund Jr, Purchasing Manager, or
designee, at 16550 SW Merlo Road, Beaverton Oregon 97006, prior to the Closing (due date and time):

Timely submitted Bids will be opened in public and read aloud at the address above.
Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring that the District receives its Bid.
Bidders shall submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form *EITHER* with the sealed Bid submission *OR* in a
separate envelope by no later than:
