Your project begins by utilizing ReproMAX DFM. This system allows you and your project team to collaborate 24/7 online with project files. As the manager you can select the level of access and review who has worked with the file and their current status. This system is integrated with AutoCAD and ReproMAX DFS making it seamless and easy for you to post and change files on your project.
These files can then be easily added to a ReproMAX DFS project as printable documents that can then be ordered and distributed through our extensive network of ReproMAX partners.
Our document management staff has been managing projects for our customers for over 25 years. Through ReproMAX DFS and ReproMAX DFM we maintain accurate files of both plan sets and specifications. We maintain current running sets incorporating new plans and revisions as necessary. We can handle all communications with the various contractors, subcontractors, plan centers, government agencies, and consultants.
When a project reaches the bid phase we systematically distribute bid reproductions to all interested parties. All activity can be thoroughly documented and available to you at any time. You provide all addenda drawings and specifications along with distribution lists or transmittals and we will do the rest.
At the conclusion of the project we can provide a Close Out Archive. The Close Out Archive includes all of the information that was maintained on the ReproMAX DFS and ReproMAX DFM system and can be stored on different media including CD ROM, DVD ROM and HDD.
